Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, delivered a fiery defense of the president’s claims that Democrats stole the 2020 presidential election, alleging he has “hundreds” of sworn affidavits to prove what he described as “massive” voter fraud, but said he will not release them because people’s lives were at stake.
His speech: Giuliani delivered the remarks during a press briefing Thursday at the U.S. Capitol, focusing on the Trump campaign’s lawsuits in several battleground states where the president believes there were some irregularities regarding the processing and counting of votes.
“Did you all watch My Cousin Vinny?” Giuliani said at one point, referring to the 1992 film to highlight instances during election week where election observers were placed at a large distance from ballots during the count.
“These people were further away than My Cousin Vinny was from the witness,” Giuliani said, adding the presidential election was “not a victory. It’s a fraud,” the Daily Mail reported.
“What I’m describing to you is a massive fraud,” Giuliani said. “The president was way ahead on election night.”
Jenna Ellis, Trump’s legal counsel who joined Giuliani during the conference, was asked by a reporter to show the actual evidence of fraud, to which she responded, “Your question is fundamentally flawed when you’re asking where is the evidence.”
Asked if he was planning to drag out legal challenges, Giuliani responded: “We’re not going to drag it out. It’s ridiculous for you to say we’re dragging it out. Al Gore had a lot more time than we have had and we have had two weeks to investigate so that’s also completely unfair to say we’re dragging it out.”
The former New York City mayor singled out Democrat-controlled cities like Detroit and Philadelphia, where he believes Democrats manipulated the election results.
“Each one of these cities are cities that are controlled by Democrats. Which means they can get away with whatever they want to do,” he claimed.
“Unfortunately they have some friendly judges that will issue ridiculously irrational opinions just to come out in their favor,” Giuliani said. “Even Tanzania and places that you wouldn’t think of had rules about inspectors.”
He also took aim at the media, saying that they “keep reporting falsely that we have no evidence” and read an affidavit from Jessy Jacob, a Detroit city worker and whistleblower who claims she witnessed voter fraud firsthand, according to the Daily Mail.
Judges in Georgia and Michigan have rejected the Trump campaign’s legal challenges in the states alleging irregularities during the counting of votes.
On Wednesday, the Trump campaign transferred $3 million to the Wisconsin Elections Commission for a partial recount of votes in the key Milwaukee and Dane counties in the state.

Giuliani said their team has only filed 3 suits and they dropped their suit in MI because the reversal of the certification gave them relief. That have had no suits dismissed.
